Grilling Guide

NY Strip Steaks: High heat, 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare
Bone-In Ribeyes: High heat, 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare
Burger Patties: Med-High Heat, get a good sear on each side, lower the temp and finish to your desired temp and choice of cheese. 

Pro Tips:

• Bring all steaks to room temperature 30 minutes before grilling
• Season with coarse salt and cracked pepper just before cooking
• Use a meat thermometer: 130°F for medium-rare
• Rest steaks 5-10 minutes after cooking
• Toast burger buns on the grill in rendered fat
