American Wagyu Shoulder Roast

Our American Wagyu Boneless Shoulder Roast is a hearty cut perfect for slow cooking. It's leaner than a chuck roast, but has just the right amount of marbling to produce a tender bite. Whereas a chuck roast tends to chunk up, a shoulder roast tends to shred. It makes a a fantastic option for shredded beef tacos. 

Average weight is about 3lbs. 

It's always best to give your roasts a good sear on all sides before slow cooking them for about 10 hours in a slow cooker.
