Everglades Ranch American Wagyu is pasture raised and aged 21 days. We bring our cows to maturity slowly, ensuring plenty of grazing time to develop a depth of beefy flavor that can't be matched with large scale industrial farming practices. Our cows stay on pasture their entire lives and are offered an optional feed ration a few months before harvest to develop their characteristic marbling and balance the flavor profile of the beef.
