Recommended Preparation: Classic Marinated London Broil

What You'll Need:

  • 1 Everglades Ranch Wagyu London Broil (2.5-3 lbs)
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
