The Blend

Ground Wagyu on its own is already something. This goes further.

We blend it with liver and heart from the same cattle. Liver is the most nutrient-dense thing on the animal. Heart is close behind. People have been eating this way for generations. Somewhere along the way most of us stopped. This is the easy way back in.

It cooks exactly like ground beef. Burgers, meatballs, chili, tacos. The organ flavor is there but it doesn't take over. The Wagyu carries it.

What Makes It Ours

• Wagyu genetics. Florida pasture. Raised by our family since the thirties.

• Ground and blended from the same cattle we raise here

How to Cook It

Same as ground beef. Skillet or grill. Cook to 160°F. Season it or don't. It holds up either way.
