Strips of shaved American Wagyu Beef combined with chunks of American Wagyu beef fat combine for this ready to cook Philly Steak. Just drop it into a cast iron skillet or griddle and let it do the work. The fat renders down and the beef sizzles to philly steak perfection. Just add your onions, peppers, and cheese and throw it on a roll! 

Philly Steak comes frozen and vacuum sealed. Approximately 1-1.12lbs. Each pack makes 2 good size sandwiches.
