What You'll Need:

  • 1 lb Everglades Ranch Beef Liver
  • 2 large onions, sliced thin
  • ½ cup milk (for soaking)
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Slice liver into ½-inch thick pieces
  2. Soak in milk for 30 minutes to mellow flavor (optional)
  3. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper
  4. Dredge lightly in flour
