Our 1/4 Cow Share consists of 115lbs of Pasture-Raised American Wagyu Beef for $2,000. You pay $500 now and $1,500 when it's ready to pick up. Deposits are non-refundable.

We are pre-selling our January 2026 Harvest. Reserve yours today. 

Customization is limited with quarter shares, but let us know some of your preferences and we'll do our best. For example, if you prefer to have more ground beef than roasts, we can grind them to give you more ground beef. 

When your beef is ready, we'll reach out to confirm what's in your order and schedule a pick up time.
