Our 1/2 Cow Share consists of 225lbs of Pasture-Raised American Wagyu Beef for $3,750. You pay $1,000 now and $2,750 when it's ready to pick up. Deposits are non-refundable.

When you reserve your beef share, we'll reach out to get your preferences on the cuts. Prefer more ground beef over roasts? We can grind roasts to give increase your ground beef. You let us know what you like, and we'll work with the butcher to make it happen as best we can. Ultimate flexibility and tailored cuts comes with a purchase of a whole cow. You will save up to $450.
