American Wagyu Flat Iron Steaks are something special. They come from the chuck and are known for their tender bite, second only to the tenderloin. Flat Irons are best seared quickly to medium rare, sliced in strips against the grain and enjoyed with a dipping sauce like a homemade chimichurri. 

Flat Irons are about 12-14oz and come frozen and vacuum sealed.
